The President and Vice President provide leadership and vision, while the Executive Director and Directors manage day-to-day operations and implement strategic initiatives.

The Secretariat
Roles: Secretary-General, Deputy Secretary-General, Secretary
Responsibilities: Manages the administrative functions of the organization, ensures effective communication between departments, coordinates meetings and events, and supports the execution of organizational policies. The Secretariat also assists in documentation, records management, and official correspondence.

Academic Committee
Roles: Experts, Trainers
Responsibilities: Develops and reviews educational and training content, ensures the academic quality and relevance of programs, and provides professional training to maintain high standards. Committee members are responsible for research initiatives, curriculum development, and knowledge sharing within the organization.

Membership Committee
Roles: Members, Member Units, Council Members, Council Member Units
Responsibilities: Engages and manages relations with members, supports member development, and represents their interests within the organization. This committee also promotes networking opportunities, facilitates collaborative projects, and maintains active communication with both individual and organizational members to strengthen community ties.
